Got Cred?

How to get started writing on Moodle.

Create your own account and password. Moodle is a "wiki" where you click on the appropriate section (under Accreditation 101) and simply type your results from your research and discussions.

1.) First you are not alone. You are on a "Standard Committee" with about 20 others and probably on a "sub committee" as well. There are a total of 11 across the four standards.

Contact Joe Meyer to find out who your chair or co chair is. Or if you do not have a binder (or the inserts given out at the Kick off meeting.)

2.) Read all the binder, but at a minimum, read the pages of questions from the white booklet - find those statements/questions about your standard and sub committee. At least read those. They are statements but treat them like questions. What do we have as evidence to prove that those statements are true for us? Talk to your sub-committee members, your standard committee members and any one else on campus.

3) When you have figured out how we can prove those statements when applied to us, are true - write it in any voice or style you want on the Moodle site - this is just the roughest of first drafts so we need people to describe how we are in fact in compliance with all the various statements/questions listed for each standard.

1. Discuss.

2. Find evidence.

3. Just write about it on Moodle.

If you have evidence, Joe Meyer will store it for you now, contact him.

All evidence will have to be digital (or scanned from old style paper). If you or your student workers can become part of the "Digital Team," contact Joe Meyer.
